The Towerhouse rises 75 feet above open pasture, its walls gathered stone by stone from the farm and shaped after the medieval towers of San Gimignano. Around it, a family farm kept as a quiet escape from the city for two decades: rolling hay fields, a pool, a hops arbor and a long table set for supper.
